China-Africa Presentation at Syracuse University on 4 April

I will be speaking on 4 April 2014 on China and Africa at Syracuse University's Moynihan Institute of Global Affairs.  The focus will be on trade, investment and aid.  The lecture is open to the public and takes place from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in 341 Eggers Hall.
