South Sudan: Leaders Ruin Country and Want Bailout

Foreign Policy published on 11 December 2015 a commentary titled "No Foreign Aid, No Peace in South Sudan" by Jason Patinkin.  He makes the argument that South Sudan's leaders largely destroyed the economy and are now seeking financial aid to put it back together before there can be peace.  Donor countries are not buying it.
