The Centre for Chinese Studies at Stellenbosch University published in February 2016 a study titled "Chinese Presence in Real Estate in South Africa and Mauritius" by Honita Cowaloosur.
The study assesses the impact of Chinese real estate activities on the socio-economic environment of Mauritius and South Africa.
