Djibouti Is Jumping

The Foreign Policy Research Institute published in March 2016 a study titled "Djibouti is Jumping" by Joseph Braude and Tyler Jiang.  They focus on the role of Djibouti in regional security issues and the establishment of new military facilities by China and Saudi Arabia.
