South Sudan: An Update on Governance

The International Crisis Group published on 20 December 2016 a report titled "South Sudan: Rearranging the Chessboard." It concludes that while there is calm in the capital of Juba, national peace remains distant with much of the country under fragile local truces or in conflict.
