Sustainable Security posted on 19 April 2017 a commentary titled "China's Arms Sales in Africa" by Earl Conteh-Morgan, University of South Florida.
The author argues that one of the negative aspects of China's increasing engagement with African states is the spread of small arms and light weapons in African conflict zones.
