The Carnegie Middle East Center in Beirut published on 12 February 2021 an analysis titled "The Dam that Broke Open an Ethiopia-Egypt Dispute" by Sherif Mohyeldeen, nonresident scholar at the Center.
The paper assesses from a Sudanese perspective recent developments pertaining to Egyptian-Ethiopian disagreements over the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam on the Blue Nile.
