Nordicum-Mediterraneum: Icelandic E-Journal of Mediterranean Studies in its most recent issue published an analysis titled "The War in Tigray and the Challenges Faced by the United Nations" by Eyassu Gayim, affiliated with UCLA and San Diego State University.
The author looks at the nature of the war in Tigray, how it is perceived by others, and what challenges it poses for the United Nations. This is one of the first of what inevitably will be numerous analyses of the war in Tigray by academics from a variety of different perspectives.
