Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed addressed in a seven-minute video on 25 March 2021 the Russia-Africa Interparty Conference in Moscow. This event precedes the Russia-Africa summit later this year. The Prime Minister's comments were especially warm towards the Russian Federation and warned of the dangers of "interference from others near and far."
