Egypt's President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi has just completed a visit to Khartoum where he met with Sudan's head of the Sudanese Transitional Sovereign Council, Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok, and Vice President of the Sovereign Council, Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo. They agreed on an approach for resuming negotiations with Ethiopia to resolve issues surrounding the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam.
