Ending Ethiopia's War in Tigray

Foreign Policy posted on 8 March 2021 a commentary titled "The U.N. Must End the Horrors of Ethiopia's Tigray War" by Will Brown and Judd Devermont.

The authors conclude that Ethiopia is rapidly unraveling under the stress of Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed's reforms and the strain of his rule.  The conflict in Tigray Region is as much a regional threat as it is a domestic one.  It will not be easy to salve what ails Ethiopia, but it will be catastrophic if global powers and regional leaders do not try.
