The International Crisis Group (ICG) published on 9 July 2021 a commentary titled "As Ethiopian Troops Exit Tigray, Time to Focus on Relief."
The ICG urges that following the departure from Tigray Region of central government troops, all sides should now place the highest priority on allowing food to reach Tigrayans by facilitating access for humanitarian convoys.
