Talks sponsored by the United States and Saudi Arabia between the Sudan Armed Forces and paramilitary Rapid Support Forces are continuing in Saudi Arabia. In the meantime, heavy fighting is occurring in Khartoum, Omdurman, and Bahri in the capital region.
