Deutsche Welle posted on 1 June 2021 an article titled "Ethiopia: UN Warns 90% of People in Tigray Need Food Aid."
A UN World Food Program official said 5.2 million Tigrayans or 91 percent of the population needs emergency food assistance due to the ongoing conflict in Tigray Region.
