Chinese Companies Continue to Invest in African Lithium

 The Namibian published on 24 March 2023 an article titled "Askari Sells Stake to Chinese Firm" by Lazarus Amukeshe.

A Chinese company, Huayou International Resources Limited, has agreed to purchase a 6 percent stake in a lithium project in Namibia owned by an Australian company.  The $30 million purchase is expected to be the first of an increasing share of the project.
