Delaware's Senator Chris Coons, chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Subcommittee on African Affairs, released on 7 March 2013 thoughtful recommendations for strengthening trade and investment between the US and sub-Saharan Africa in a document titled "Embracing Africa's Economic Potential."
These common sense recommendations deserve careful consideration by both houses of Congress and the Obama Administration.
