The April 8, 2011 issue of China Brief published by the Jamestown Foundation contains an article that I wrote on the challenges that China faces following the revolutions and protests in North Africa.

Chinese diplomacy has been effective so far in Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Egypt. It is being sorely tested in Libya, where China evacuated about 36,000 Chinese workers and took some big financial loses after looting took place at some of its infrastructure projects.
