South Sudan's Unhealed Wounds
The Washington Post published on 30 December 2013 an op-ed titled "South Sudan's Unhealed Wounds: Long-Standing Tribal Conflicts Must Be Resolved for Peace to Take Hold." The authors of this common sense piece are two leading authorities on things Sudan--Abdul Mohammed, chief of staff for the African Union High-Level Implementation Panel for Sudan and South Sudan, and Alex de Waal, executive director of the World Peace Foundation at Tufts University's Fletcher School.
