China Learns from Africa

Bloomberg published on 3 June 2014 an article titled "China Swaps Gusto for Rigor as It Learns from Africa" by Johannesburg-based Bloomberg reporter Franz Wild.  The article points out that China is taking a more selective approach to its engagements in Africa following a number of earlier missteps.
