The Foreign Policy Research Institute published on 30 April 2020 an analysis titled "Great Power Competition and the Scramble for Africa" by Dylan Yachyshen, a student at the University of Colorado.
The author looks at China, Russia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and Turkey. He suggests how they impact US engagement in Africa.
Comment: The strongest contribution is the one dealing with Russia.
