Turkey's Daily Sabah published on 7 March 2022 a commentary titled "Repercussion of the Russia-Ukraine War for Africa" by Ismail Numan Telci, Sakarya University in Turkey.
The author concluded that the greatest impact on Africa of Russia's invasion of Ukraine will be increased food insecurity and higher energy prices.
