Ukraine Foreign Minister on Africa Tour

The New York Times published on 4 October 2022 an article titled "Ukraine's Top Diplomat Tries to Counter Russia's Narrative on Africa Tour" by Elian Peltier and Mady Camara.

Ukraine's foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba, began this week a ten-day tour across Africa to explain why Ukraine needs Africa to counter Russian aggression. During his first stop in Senegal, Kuleba acknowledged  that Ukraine had long neglected the continent.

Comment:  Kuleba continued the trip to Cote d'Ivoire.  The other stops have not yet been announced.
