China Military Online posted on 15 November 2022 an article titled "Military Medicine Conference of Second China-Africa Peace and Security Forum Held in Beijing" by Wang Xueyang and Zhang Dan.
In mid-November, the People's Liberation Army organized a video conference attended by representatives of 21 African military health departments on the role of the military in responding to public health emergencies. The conference was a follow on to the Second China-Africa Peace and Security Forum held on-line in July 2022.
