Call for Measured Response in Aftermath of Westgate Mall Attack

The Institute for Security Studies (ISS) in South Africa published comments by Liesl Louw-Vaudran, ISS consultant, on 24 September 2013 titled "Westgate Mall Tragedy Calls for a Measured Response."  The author hopes that Kenya will respond rationally and not emotionally.  The worst scenario would if ordinary Kenyans turn on Somalis.
