China-Africa Relations and Wisdom Scholarship

The Journal of Futures Studies published in December 2014 an article titled "Towards the Creation of Wiser Futures: Sino-Africa Relations and Futures of African Development" by Tim Kumpe and Kuo-Hua Chen, both at Tamkang University in Taiwan. 

This eclectic article is based on the role of wisdom scholarship, defined as the highest form of knowledge, in the China-Africa relationship.  The paper synthesizes ideas from scholars and experts in the field of Sino-Africa relations and looks at how wisdom might improve the relationship.
