The Wall Street Journal published on 24 January 2024 an article titled "Iranian Military Technology and Advisers Aid Houthi Attacks in Red Sea, Officials Say" by Benoit Faucon and Warren P. Strobel.
Iran is providing the Houthis in Yemen with drone jammers and parts for long-range rockets and missiles. Iran has also sent advisers to Yemen to help the Houthis launch their attacks. Iran's assistance to the Houthis is provided by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. Yemen has become an important battleground for Iran to test its weapons.
