KPMG International Cooperative, a Swiss entity, recently published a report titled "East Africa Regional Cooperation in Oil and Gas."
It reviews efforts to integrate gas and oil markets in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, South Sudan, and Ethiopia. It concludes that East African attempts at cooperation in the field of oil and gas are admirable but suggests too many challenges make it problematic for the time being.
