African-Chinese Marriages in Guangzhou
The South China Morning Post Magazine published a fascinating article on 31 May 2014 titled "Afro-Chinese Marriages Boom in Guangzhou: But Will It Be 'til Death Do Us Part?" by Jenni Marsh.
Nearly all of the marriages involve an African man marrying a Chinese woman and usually result in bringing the Chinese woman into the African man's business. The article deals frankly with the issue of racism.
