The UN Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) based in Addis Ababa has just released a major study titled "Africa-BRICS Cooperation: Implications for Growth, Employment and Structural Transformation in Africa." It looks at the role and implications for Africa of trade, investment, and aid. It ends with a series of recommendations.
The South African Foreign Policy Initiative (SAFPI) on 28 March 2013 summarized the UNECA report.
