Eurasia Review published on 3 June 2021 an interview with me titled "Ex-US Diplomat Reviews Africa's Ties with China and Russia--Interview" hosted by Kester Kenn Klomegah.
Most of the interview deals with China in Africa and an upcoming book I am coauthoring on China's political and security role in Africa. It also discusses the efforts of China and Russia to coordinate their actions in Africa.
