Eurasia Review published on 1 October 2019 an interview with me titled "Russia's Renewed Interest in Africa Due to Desire to Resotre Previous Influence."
Conducted by Kester Kenn Klomegah, policy consultant on African affaris in the Russian Federation, the interview focuses on the US view of Russia in Africa today and Russia's goals in Africa in the runup to the Russian-African summit in Sochi later this month.
One typo crept into the published version of the interview. According to the International Monetary Fund, Russian exports to Africa in 2017 totaled only $8.5 billion and not $$18.5 billion as stated.
